The nationwide vaccination drive against COVID-19 continues at a brisk pace, with over 220 million doses administered so far. The total number of doses administered includes 95.14 million second doses and 22.45 million precautionary doses.
In the last 24 hours, 23,490 doses have been administered. India’s active caseload currently stands at 2,149, which is just 0.01% of the total number of cases. The recovery rate currently stands at 98.8% with 182 recoveries in the last 24 hours. This takes the total number of recoveries to 4,41,48,165.
There have been 104 new cases recorded in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of cases to 4,56,767. The daily positivity rate stands at 0.07%.
