Marsh triumphed over 51 contestants from all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Ellie Breaux of Texas secured the first runner-up position, followed by Cydney Bridges of Indiana, Mallory Hudson of Kentucky, and Caroline Parente of Rhode Island. The 2023 Miss America, Grace Stanke of Wisconsin, passed on the crown to Marsh in a grand event.
