Aishwarya Rai Bachchan birthday special: Check out Top 5 movies from her superhit films

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is one of the most famous actresses in Bollywood. She has worked in numerous hit films and has won several awards. Former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is also an actress.

Aishwarya was born in Mangalore, Karnataka, India. Her father, Krishnaraj Rai, is an Army biologist, while her mother, Brinda Rai, is a homemaker. She has one brother, Aditya Rai, who is an engineer.

Aishwarya has since worked in a number of successful films, including Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas, Josh, and Dhoom 2. She has won several awards, including the Filmfare Award for Best Actress and the National Film Award for Best Actress. Aishwarya is married to actor Abhishek Bachchan and they have a daughter named Aaradhya Bachchan.

The daughter of Pandit Darbar (Vikram Gokhale), a respected name in the Indian classical field, Nandini (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan) is. Nandini falls for Sameer, an NRI who comes to learn classical vocals from her. Nandini’s father arranges for her to be married to Vanraj (Ajay Devgn) in the meantime. She’s heartbroken when Sameer leaves at her father’s insistence and she reluctantly marries Vanraj. She begins loving him and goes back to him even after finding Sameer in Europe, however, seeing his caring attitude. 2. Aishwarya Best Movies – Devdas (2002)

Aishwarya plays Paro, Shah Rukh Khan’s next-door neighbour whom he falls in love with, in Devdas. However, because of the class difference between them, his family doesn’t approve of their marriage. The pain of separation from his childhood sweetheart causes Devdas to become heartbroken and an alcoholic. Devdas’ family is not as wealthy as the family Paro’s mother marrying her into. Paro marries a widower with children who has no interest in her. A courtesan Chandramukhi (Madhuri Dixit) provides succor to Devdas. The separation is taking a toll on his health and he can’t seem to reconcile himself with it. Devdas takes his last breath at the gate of Paro’s new home. She cannot help him from afar as he dies.

3. Aishwarya Best Movies – Jodhaa Akbar (2008)

This historical romance tells the story of how Rajput princess Jodha, married to King Akbar (Hrithik Roshan) for political alliance, learns to let go of her prejudices and falls in love with her husband. She begins to influence him to look inward and he becomes a better ruler as a result. The film had plenty of action juxtaposed with the romance and it was shot on a grand scale.

Some of AR Rahman’s finest compositions till date buoyed this rich boy meets poor girl love story. Sarbjit Singh was born in Bhikhiwind, Punjab, which is located along the Indo-Pakistani border. Near Kasur, he was caught by Pakistani rangers and claimed he had crossed the border in an inebriated state. The Pakistani police initially accused him of being an Indian terrorist but later charged him for trespassing. He was in jail for 22 years, from 1991 until his death in 2013. Despite various mercy petitions being filed on his behalf, they were all rejected.

The Government of India’s intervention wasn’t enough to get him freed. Some say that he was killed by prison inmates as retaliation towards the hanging of Afzal Guru. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan stars as Sarbjit’s sister Dalbir Kaur in this film told from her perspective.
