Amit Shah to Chair NCORD Meeting and Launch National Narcotics Helpline ‘MANAS’

Union Home Minister Amit Shah reaffirmed the government’s commitment to realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a drug-free India. Shah announced that he would chair the 7th Apex Level Meeting of the National Coordination Committee (NCORD) and launch the National Narcotics Helpline, ‘MANAS’, in New Delhi.

Shah also mentioned the inauguration of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Zonal Office in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. These initiatives are part of the government’s comprehensive strategy to combat drug abuse and strengthen narcotics control efforts across the country.
