On the 28th of December, Amit shah said, “Arun Jaitley ji was an eloquent orator and a unique scholar of the law. He had a deep understanding of administration with the constitution”. With his versatility, he made an important contribution to the development of the country by making the complex processes of law and economic sectors simple and for public uses. I bow to him on his birth anniversary.
About Arun Jaitley:-
A Punjabi Hindu Brahmin family welcomed Arun Jaitley into the world on December 28, 1952, in Delhi. He was born to Maharaj Kishen Jaitley, a lawyer, and Ratan Prabha Jaitley, a housewife.
Arun Jaitley attended St. Xavier’s Senior School, Delhi from 1957 to 1969. Arun Jaitley Passed with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce of Delhi University in the year 1973.
He passed his Bachelor of Laws examination. he received his degree in Law from the University of Delhi in 1977.
Jaitley was the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) student leader at the DU Campus in the 70s. He rose to be the President of the Students Union of Delhi University in 1974.
During the Internal Emergency (1975-1977), when fundamental rights were suspended, he was under preventive detention for 19 months.
