President Murmu Inaugurates Amrit Udyan: On August 14, 2024, the President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu officially inaugurated the Amrit Udyan Summer Annuals Edition 2024. The event marks the beginning of a month-long opportunity for the public to visit this grand garden.
Amrit Udyan Summer Annuals Edition 2024: Open Dates and Timings
Amrit Udyan will be open from August 16 to September 15, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the last entry at 5:15 PM. Mondays will be reserved for maintenance, while August 29 will be exclusively for sportspersons in honor of National Sports Day, and September 5 for teachers on Teachers’ Day.
Visitor Information
Entry to the garden is free, but registration is mandatory. Visitors can book their slots online via the Rashtrapati Bhavan website. Walk-in visitors can register through Self Service Kiosks near Gate No. 35.
Convenience Services
Entry is through Gate No. 35 of the Rashtrapati Bhavan, near North Avenue Road. A free shuttle bus service from Central Secretariat Metro Station to Gate No. 35 will be available for visitors’ convenience.
