Ahead of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s grand wedding, a pre-wedding ritual called the Mameru ceremony occurred on July 3. Mameru means maternal uncles. In this traditional Gujarati ceremony, the bride receives gifts from her maternal uncles: traditional clothes, jewelry, and other gifts including traditional sarees and choodo (ivory bangle).

The pre-wedding ritual occurred at Mumbai’s iconic Antilia residence, preceding the couple’s wedding. In the videos, we can see Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani sharing a heartwarming moment with their grandchildren during the ceremony. Akash Ambani & Shloka Ambani also stunned in traditional attires at the event.
