Excitement brews as Ananya Pandey gears up for her streaming debut in the original series “Call Me Bae,” set to release on Amazon Prime Video on September 6. Created by Ishita Moitra and directed by Collin D’Cunha, the 8-part series stars Ananya as Bella ‘Bae’ Chowdhary.
Joining her are Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and Mini Mathur in pivotal roles.
The series, penned by Ishita Moitra, Samina Motlekar, and Rohit Nair, is a Dharmatic Entertainment Production, with Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra as Executive Producers.
The makers teased fans with a poster showcasing Ananya against a vibrant backdrop, holding bags and donning funky attire. Captioned “Update your calendars, things are about to glow up!” the announcement promises a fresh and engaging storyline.
