Actor Anupam Kher had an emotional and spiritual experience at the ongoing Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj. On Wednesday, he took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers.
The actor shared a glimpse of the moment on his Instagram handle, where he was seen chanting mantras and offering prayers.
A Life-Changing Experience
In his post, Anupam Kher expressed how the experience made him feel that his life had become “successful.” He referred to it as an “emotional” moment and revealed that tears came to his eyes while praying at the sacred site.
He also recalled the coincidence of a similar spiritual experience that occurred exactly a year ago during the Pran Pratishtha ceremony in Ayodhya.
Maha Kumbh Mela 2025
Anupam Kher arrived in Prayagraj on Tuesday to attend the Maha Kumbh, a significant religious event that began on January 13, 2025. The event, which is one of the largest religious gatherings in the world, will conclude on February 26, 2025, coinciding with Mahashivratri.
