In his tweet, Anupam Kher revealed that a person named Rehan Malik had used his video to create a fake clip, which was then posted on Malik’s Telegram channel, reportedly linked to an online betting platform. The doctored video falsely shows Kher endorsing a betting site.
Kher posted the video with a warning: “Watch out! A friend sent me this video! Someone named Rehan Malik created a fake video of me and shared it on his Telegram channel as ‘Rehan Malik – Honest Tipper!’ It’s about a betting site. Please be careful not to fall for it! Thanks.”
The actor’s post serves as a crucial reminder to his followers to stay vigilant against such fraudulent activities and to verify the authenticity of online content.
