When the Indian men’s cricket team won the T20 World Cup 2024 trophy, numerous Bollywood celebrities expressed their joy and congratulated the Men in Blue on social media. One of them was actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who had been cheering for Team India since the tournament’s start.
Ayushmann Khurrana’s Shayari Salutes Team India
The next day, the “Dream Girl 2” actor shared a heartfelt shayari praising the entire team for their historic victory. Ayushmann posted a video in which he recited the shayari he had written for the Indian players.
In his warm tribute to the Men in Blue, he lauded Virat Kohli, skipper Rohit Sharma, batsman Suryakumar Yadav, and others. He also requested people not to troll the players at their lowest and to avoid differentiating between them based on religion.
Sharing the clip, Ayushmann Khurrana penned, “Still can’t get over it! T20 World Cup world champions.”
