As the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) gears up for the second phase of the teacher recruitment examination, candidates are informed that the admit card download process will commence on December 2. The Commission has officially released a notice regarding this significant development. The second phase of the BPSC Teacher Recruitment Examination is scheduled to take place from December 7 to December 15.
Important Dates and Numbers:
- A total of 7.32 lakh candidates have applied for the second phase of the teacher recruitment examination, showcasing substantial interest in the opportunity.
- In the first phase, 8.26 lakh candidates had applied, indicating a consistent interest in teaching positions in Bihar.
Examination Details:
- The examination will be conducted in a single shift from December 8 to December 12.
- The duration of the examination will be two and a half hours, with a fixed time slot from 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm.
- Various designated examination centers across the state will host the examinations for different classes.
BPSC Chairman Atul Prasad shared important information, highlighting the Commission’s commitment to regular exam schedules. He mentioned on Twitter, “We are planning to conduct CCE PT on 30th September every year and Mains in the first week of January every year.”
Admit Card Download Process:
- Applicants can retrieve their admit cards from the official BPSC website at bpsc.bih.nic.in.
- To access the admit card, candidates need to choose the option ‘Bihar Teacher Phase 2 Exam 2023’.
Key Examination Policies:
- In this examination, each subject will be allocated 150 marks, with 150 questions to be answered.
- Notably, there will be no negative marking in the BPSC teacher recruitment exam.
Future Plans by BPSC:
- Atul Prasad also hinted at a planned schedule for future Combined Competitive Examinations (CCE), with PT scheduled for September 30 every year and Mains in the first week of January.
