Falmouth’s National Event:
The picturesque town of Falmouth served as the host for this year’s National Event, where a grand tri-service parade unfolded, featuring over 1,000 military personnel, veterans, and cadets. The Duke of Gloucester graced the occasion, witnessing the presentation of the Royal Salute by service personnel. The event concluded with an awe-inspiring flypast by renowned aircraft, including the RAF Red Arrows, A400M, Merlin, and Avenger.
A Week of Celebrations:

Furthermore, Armed Forces Day was observed by those deployed on Operation Interflex, an essential training program in the UK that imparts battlefield skills to Ukrainian recruits.

Global Contributions:
The UK Armed Forces’ impact extends beyond the nation’s borders, with more than 14,000 personnel stationed overseas and deployed in 28 countries across 33 operations. In the past year, they played pivotal roles in international endeavors, supporting Ukraine, facilitating the evacuation of British citizens from Sudan, and participating in significant ceremonial events such as the funerals of Queen Elizabeth II and the Coronation of King Charles III.
