Khandu pays tribute to Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay’s magnum opus, “Anandamath,” noting its profound influence on the Indian independence movement. The novel not only laid the groundwork for the struggle for freedom but also gave rise to the iconic national song “Vande Mataram,” serving as an anthem of unity and patriotism for the nation.
