CM Shivraj Singh will inaugurate an irrigation project worth ₹ 1173 crore in Barwani today.

Inauguration of Kukshi Micro Lift Irrigation Project in Dhar District

A highlight of the “Vikas Parv” event will be the auspicious Bhumi Pujan (groundbreaking ceremony) of the Kukshi Micro Lift Irrigation Project in Kukshi, Dhar district. The project holds tremendous significance as it is valued at a staggering ₹2771 crores. This ambitious venture aims to enhance irrigation facilities in the region, ensuring a sustainable and consistent water supply for agricultural activities. The inauguration of this project signifies the government’s commitment to bolstering the agricultural sector and improving the lives of farmers.

Unveiling the Pati Lift Irrigation Project and Barwani Irrigation Project

As part of the “Vikas Parv,” Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will also inaugurate two vital irrigation projects in Barwani district. The Pati Lift Irrigation Project, valued at ₹131 crores, will greatly contribute to efficient water management and irrigation facilities in Pati Nagalwadi. This project will directly benefit the agricultural community by providing them with a reliable source of water, fostering increased productivity and improved livelihoods.

Additionally, the Chief Minister will inaugurate a significant irrigation project in Barwani, worth a remarkable ₹1,173 crores.
