Expressing his joy at witnessing 1500 couples tying the knot in Gorakhpur, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized the scheme’s innovative approach to ending atrocities against girls arising from the burden of dowry. He noted that the program represents a significant step towards reclaiming the sacred occasion of marriage for daughters, liberating them from the shackles of dowry-related practices.
