Magha Mela also spelled as Magha Mela is an annual festival with fairs held in the month of Magha (January/February) along river banks and sacred ponds near Hindu temples Approximately every twelve years, the Magha Mela Coincides with believers as one astrologically auspicious position of Jupiter, Sun and Moon, and these are called Kumbh Melas as in Prayagraj.
