CM Yogi Pushes for Video Conferencing in Courts, Forensic Labs Expansion

Uttar Pradesh, India – Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh underscores the importance of implementing three new laws related to the Indian Judicial Code, focusing on modernizing court appearances through video conferencing. Adityanath highlights the need for video conferencing facilities in every district to facilitate court proceedings efficiently.

To support this initiative, Adityanath has enlisted the assistance of the Forensic Institute, Lucknow, directing them to ensure the availability of necessary resources in all forensic laboratories established at the range level. Additionally, he has instructed the establishment of forensic labs in all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh.

Adityanath’s proactive approach aims to enhance the judicial system’s efficiency and accessibility, ensuring that court proceedings are conducted seamlessly across the state. By leveraging technology and expanding forensic facilities, the government strives to modernize legal processes and improve the delivery of justice to citizens.
