Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath, recently announced a significant achievement in the state’s efforts to address unemployment. In a statement, CM Yogi proudly declared, “This is the 19th appointment letter distribution program today in the last year and a half, and so far we have given government jobs to about 58,000 youth.”
This milestone reflects the government’s commitment to prioritize youth employment and promote the welfare and prosperity of Uttar Pradesh’s residents. The distribution of appointment letters showcases the administration’s efforts in providing stable and secure job opportunities for the state’s young population.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath recently distributes appointment letters to 1,573 Auxiliary Nurse midwives (ANM) health workers across all 75 districts of the state. The program, attended by Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak, was held at Lok Bhavan in Lucknow.
CM Yogi Adityanath, addressing the gathering, highlighted the progress made by Uttar Pradesh in recent years. He stated, “In 2015 and 2016, most states were struggling, but UP has made remarkable progress. Over the past six years, UP has undergone a transformation and is on its way to becoming a capable state.”
The Chief Minister expressed his appreciation for the dedication and hard work of health workers, emphasizing that UP has achieved a 98 percent success rate in vaccination. He further emphasized his personal understanding of the power and importance of health workers, as he had been the MP of Gorakhpur for five terms. He recalled the havoc caused by encephalitis in Eastern UP during the late 1970s, which claimed the lives of over 50,000 children in 40 years. However, due to the efforts made, no child now dies of encephalitis.
