This system, situated in lower tropospheric levels, will likely intensify rainfall in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Kerala. The combination of these systems has prompted a weather alert, highlighting heavy rain expected across various locations over the next 48 hours.
Heavy Rain Expected from October 26-27 in Key Areas
As per recent forecasts, heavy rain is expected particularly over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and parts of Kerala on October 26, with extended showers predicted for Kerala and Mahe until October 27. Isolated thunderstorms and lightning will also accompany these rains, raising the need for caution in affected areas.
