The Directorate General Resettlement (DGR), operating under the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare within the Ministry of Defence, recently formalized a significant collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s Adecco India Private Limited. This strategic partnership aims to facilitate employment opportunities for Ex-Servicemen and promote their seamless transition into civilian life with meaningful second careers.

Past Achievements: Ex-Servicemen’s Employment Statistics:

Recognizing the previous achievements in Ex-Servicemen’s employment, it is noteworthy that from April 2022 to March 2023 alone, a remarkable total of 24,234 Ex-Servicemen secured gainful employment in various sectors. This statistic underscores the success of initiatives aimed at supporting and empowering Ex-Servicemen in their transition to civilian life.
