In a significant development, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken robust action in connection with the Jal Jeewan Mission Case. On September 1, 2023, the ED carried out search operations at multiple locations across Jaipur, Alwar, Neemrana, Behror, and Shahpura. The objective was to uncover potential financial irregularities and money laundering activities related to this case.
“During these meticulously conducted search operations, the ED made substantial seizures that shed light on potential financial improprieties. Notably, unaccounted cash amounting to an impressive Rs. 2.32 Crore was discovered and seized. In addition, a significant discovery included a 1 Kg gold bar with an estimated value of Rs. 64 lakh”.
