Jigna Vora is a former Indian journalist who faced false accusations in the murder case of journalist Jyotirmoy Dey, leading to her booking under MCOCA. Her memoir, “Behind Bars in Byculla: My Days in Prison,” served as inspiration for the 2023 Netflix series, Scoop. Currently, she practices tarot reading and astrology. Vora also appeared as a contestant on the Indian reality TV show, Bigg Boss Season 17, in October 2023, but was evicted on Day 41.
