As the curtains draw on the current year, the dawn of the new year brings a golden opportunity for the youth aspiring to serve in the UP Police. In a historic move, the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, following the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has unveiled a colossal recruitment drive for 60,244 posts of Reserve Civil Police.
This recruitment initiative, touted as the largest constable recruitment in the history of UP Police, aims to provide a substantial opportunity for the youth to fulfill their dreams of a career in law enforcement. Notably, 20 percent of these posts are reserved for women, amounting to 12,049 positions specifically allocated for female constables.
“Candidates eager to apply for these coveted positions can submit their applications online starting from December 27, 2023. The deadline for submitting applications is January 16, 2024. Additionally, candidates have until January 18, 2024, to make fee adjustments and amendments to their applications. Detailed information about the recruitment process is available on the Recruitment Board’s official website: https://uppbpb.gov.in”.
