Timely and effective measures are essential to manage and mitigate the impact of this disease on public health. To this end, the state government has instructed officials to ensure that patients receive prompt and adequate medical attention.

“Furthermore, Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister has issued directives to the concerned department to expedite the process of appointing 293 medical teachers and 1950 staff nurses. These appointments are a crucial step in strengthening the healthcare infrastructure and enhancing the state’s capacity to manage health crises, such as the dengue outbreak”.
