“HanuMan,” the latest sensation in the Indian film industry, has maintained a strong grip at the box office. The film witnessed a significant boost in its business on the second Monday, thanks to a holiday in several states.
Its impressive trajectory over the weekend – with ₹2.05 crore on Friday, ₹4.02 crore on Saturday, and ₹5.25 crore on Sunday – was further bolstered by Monday’s ₹2.30 crore haul. Remarkably, the Day 11 collection was higher than both Day 1 and Day 8, bringing its total to ₹36.54 crore in the Indian market. These figures are specifically for the Hindi version of the film.
ANTICIPATING THE IMPACT OF ‘FIGHTER’
As “Fighter” prepares to hit the cinemas on January 25th, industry experts are keen to see how “HanuMan” will fare post its release. Despite the upcoming competition, “HanuMan” is expected to benefit from the national holiday on January 26th, marking Republic Day, which could potentially boost its viewership.
TELUGU VERSION’S PERFORMANCE IN NORTH INDIA
The Telugu version of “HanuMan” has also been making strides in North India. In its second week, the film garnered ₹9 lakhs on Friday, ₹15 lakhs on Saturday, ₹18 lakhs on Sunday, and ₹7 lakhs on Monday, totaling ₹2.26 crore. This regional success further highlights the film’s widespread appeal across different linguistic demographics.
