Following the completion of the Pran Pratisthan ceremony, Prime Minister Modi presented a lotus at the feet of Ram Lalla, symbolizing reverence and seeking divine blessings. The Prime Minister expressed his profound emotions, stating, “The consecration of the idol of Ram Lalla at Ayodhya is an extraordinary and emotional moment. PM Modi’s Arrival at the Temple
Marking a historic moment, Prime Minister Modi arrived at the newly constructed Ram temple on Monday. He participated in a ‘sankalp’ (vow or resolution) ceremony, underscoring the significance of the event.
Completion of the Consecration
The ceremony, marking the consecration of the Ram idol in the new temple, has been completed. The temple now houses a larger, ‘Achal’ statue (immovable), symbolizing permanence and eternity. The older, smaller idols, referred to as ‘chal’ statues, will continue to be used for processions and celebrations, keeping alive the traditions and festivities associated with Lord Ram.
