The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heat wave advisory for various states across India, forecasting heat wave conditions in isolated pockets.
According to IMD forecasts, isolated pockets of Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Maharashtra, Saurashtra, Gujarat region, Rayalaseema, Telangana, and interior Karnataka are likely to experience heat wave conditions on May 4, 2024.
