IMD Warns of Heatwave Conditions Across Multiple Regions on April 24, 2024

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a significant alert regarding heatwave conditions expected to prevail across various regions on April 24, 2024. According to the IMD forecast, many places in Gangetic West Bengal, as well as a few pockets in interior Karnataka and sub-Himalayan West Bengal, are likely to experience severe heatwave conditions.

Furthermore, heatwave conditions are expected in Bihar, Jharkhand, Coastal Karnataka, Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam, Coastal Odisha, Rayalaseema, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & Karaikal on the same day.
