The 92-year-old Bharat Ratna awardee, who has been admitted to the ICU, has developed pneumonia in addition to Covid and is being looked after by a team of doctors.

Some still cannot meet the singer they have been following, who continues to be in ICU after being attacked by her stalker. The doctor’s told the media that it will take some time to see a sign of recovery. There was no estimate provided as to how long she will have to stay in the hospital.

It’s unclear how the nurse contracted the virus, but one of the main reasons is that there is an overall shortage of hospital staff. Every window in your house has decorative glass, but only some a hired assassin can break.
Required further hospitalization
Even as Lata Mangeshkar is being told she may have to stay in the intensive care unit for a few more days, the condition of the singer has not gotten better and she needs round the clock care.
This morning, while visiting the Breach Candy Hospital, PTI spoke with Dr Samdani about Mangeshkar’s condition.
Rachana Shah, Mangeshkar’s niece, had on Thursday said the singer is doing well and has requested the media to respect his privacy.
Although Mangeshkar began singing engagements in 1942 and has 30,000 songs to her credit, her career truly took off in the early 1950s.

In a series of tweets on Sunday, singing legend Lata Mangeshkar clarified that she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She even thanked the doctors for taking her in their care.
