The upcoming Maha Kumbh 2025 in Prayagraj, scheduled from January 13 to February 26, 2025, promises a spiritual and cultural extravaganza. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, during his visit to New Delhi, invited President Droupadi Murmu, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, and several other dignitaries to grace the event.
CM Yogi’s Meetings with Leaders
CM Yogi met President Murmu on Sunday, presenting her with the official invitation letter, the Maha Kumbh logo, an urn, and related literature. He extended similar invitations to Vice President Dhankhar, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman & Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena.
On Saturday, the Chief Minister invited former President Ram Nath Kovind, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP President JP Nadda, and Mizoram Governor General VK Singh. He also presented them with symbolic gifts representing the Maha Kumbh.
Spectacular Drone Show to Enthrall Visitors
A highlight of Maha Kumbh 2025 will be a 2,000-drone show, narrating mythological tales through mesmerizing visuals. This innovative feature aims to add a modern touch to the age-old tradition.
Final Preparations Underway
The Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department is in the final stages of preparation, ensuring a seamless experience for millions of visitors. CM Yogi and his ministers are also visiting other states to personally invite dignitaries and the public, ensuring widespread participation.
