On the 25th of January PM, Narendra Modi holds bilateral talks with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El –Sisi at Hyderabad House in Delhi.
Modi emphasizes the importance of strengthening economic ties between the two countries. He noted that India and Egypt have a long history of trade and cultural exchange and that there is significant potential for increased cooperation in areas such as agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and renewable energy.
Modi also highlights the importance of defense cooperation between the two countries, noting that India and Egypt share a commitment to countering terrorism and extremism. The two leaders discussed ways to enhance defense ties, including through joint military exercises and training.
In addition to these issues, the two leaders also discussed cultural cooperation, with Modi expressing his appreciation for Egypt’s rich cultural heritage and its contributions to the world of art and archaeology.
