Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will address the participants of Jaipur Mahakhel on 5th February 2023 at 1 PM via video conferencing. The event, which is being held in Jaipur, has been organized by Lok Sabha MP from Jaipur Rural, Shri Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, since 2017.
The Jaipur Mahakhel, which is focused on a Kabaddi competition this year, started on National Youth Day, January 12th, 2023. Over 6400 youths and sports persons from more than 450-gram panchayats, municipalities, and wards of all eight legislative assembly regions of the Jaipur Rural Lok Sabha constituency participated in the event.
The organization of the Mahkhel provides a platform for the youth of Jaipur to showcase their sporting talent and also encourages them to pursue sports as a career option. The participation of the Prime Minister in the event is a testament to the importance that the government places on the development of sports in the country and its efforts to promote sportsmanship and athleticism among the youth.
