Additionally, he served as the Minister of State in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation. His tenure in these roles showcased his commitment to the development of education and the preservation of water resources.
A Member of Parliament since 2014, representing the Baghpat constituency in Uttar Pradesh during the 16th Lok Sabha, Singh retained his seat in the 2019 elections, showcasing the trust and support of his constituents. He is a proud member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, contributing to the party’s vision and principles.
Before entering politics, Singh had a distinguished career as the Police Commissioner of Mumbai, showcasing his dedication to maintaining law and order. Notably, he is also the Chancellor of Gurukul Kangri University, adding an academic dimension to his illustrious profile.
