PM Modi expressed gratitude for the positive reception of the Interim Budget, highlighting its adherence to principles of stability, consistency, and continuity. He credited these principles for India’s economic resilience and underscored the government’s commitment to financial management.
Addressing poverty alleviation, PM Modi outlined government schemes aimed at improving citizens’ lives and reducing financial burdens. He highlighted achievements in clean drinking water provision, healthcare accessibility, and poverty reduction through initiatives like Ayushman Bharat and Jal Jeevan Mission.
PM Modi emphasized fiscal discipline and transparency in governance, citing examples of savings through technological interventions and efficient resource utilization. He underscored the government’s focus on maximizing returns on investments while minimizing wasteful expenditure.
