PM Modi Arrived in Moscow for Official Visit

PM Modi arrived in Moscow on an official visit. On arrival, he was received by H.E. Mr. Denis Manturov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, at the Vnukovo-II airport and was accorded a ceremonial welcome.

During his visit, PM Modi co-chaired the 22nd India-Russia Annual Summit with President H.E. Mr. Vladimir Putin. This summit marked another significant step in strengthening the special and privileged strategic partnership between India and Russia, encompassing areas such as energy, security, trade, investment, health, education, culture, and tourism.

Additionally, PM Modi interacted with members of the Indian community in Moscow. The engagement provided an opportunity to discuss the contributions of the Indian diaspora to the host country and further cement the strong cultural and people-to-people ties between India and Russia.
