Following the ceremony, on Monday evening, the Prime Minister himself lit the ‘Ram Jyoti,’ earthen lamps, in a symbolic act of inviting the divine presence of Lord Ram into the hearts and homes of citizens.

He urged them to light the ‘Ram Jyoti’ on this auspicious occasion, symbolizing the welcome of Lord Ram into their homes. Returning to Delhi from Ayodhya, Prime Minister Modi celebrated a symbolic ‘mini Diwali’ at his residence. The Prime Minister, in a gesture that echoed the joyous festival of lights, lit earthen lamps at his residence and shared the uplifting moment on X with the caption “Ram Jyoti.”
