Madhya Pradesh: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is set to embark on a significant visit to Madhya Pradesh on February 11, 2024, where he will unveil a series of transformative development initiatives amounting to approximately 7500 crores. These projects, aimed at bolstering tribal welfare and bolstering infrastructure, reflect the government’s commitment to inclusive growth and progress.
One of the focal points of Prime Minister Modi’s vision is the principle of Antyodaya, ensuring that the benefits of development reach the marginalized sections of society. To this end, he will dedicate and lay the foundation stone for various initiatives tailored to benefit the tribal communities in the region.
Among the highlights of the visit, Prime Minister Modi will disburse monthly installments of Aahar Anudan under the Aahar Anudan Yojna, providing nutritional support to around two lakh women from especially backward tribes. Additionally, he will distribute 1.75 lakh adhikar abhilekh (record of rights) to beneficiaries of the SVAMITVA Scheme, securing land rights for the people.
Furthermore, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone for the Tantya Mama Bhil University, dedicated to empowering youth from districts with a high tribal concentration. The university, with state-of-the-art infrastructure, aims to foster holistic development among students.
In addition to educational initiatives, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for various water supply projects, road developments, rail infrastructure enhancements, waste dumpsite remediation, and electric substations. These projects collectively aim to uplift the socio-economic landscape of Madhya Pradesh, catalyzing growth and prosperity across the state.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit underscores the government’s unwavering commitment to comprehensive development, ensuring that no section of society is left behind in India’s journey towards progress and prosperity.
