PM’s Reply To The Motion Of Thanks On The President’s Address In The Rajya Sabha.

Today in the Rajya Sabha, PM Modi replied to the motion of thanks on the President’s address to Parliament. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi emphasized the government’s commitment to providing permanent solutions to the citizens and empowering them. He spoke about the holistic approach being taken by the government to address various issues, such as water scarcity and financial inclusion, and how the power of technology has transformed the working culture of the country.

The Prime Minister also spoke about the government’s focus on building a modern India by prioritizing infrastructure, scale, and speed. He emphasized that the government is working tirelessly to fulfill the aspirations of the common people and achieve true secularism by eliminating discrimination and corruption.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi touched upon the welfare of tribal communities, which had been neglected for decades. He informed that the creation of a separate Ministry for tribal welfare during the tenure of Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the efforts taken to improve their lives have been given top priority by the government.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi emphasized the significance of small farmers in India’s agriculture sector and the efforts taken by the government to empower and support them. He highlighted the neglect that small farmers had faced for a long time and the current government’s focus on their needs and well-being.

The Prime Minister also spoke about women’s empowerment and the government’s initiatives to ensure dignity and ease of living for women at every stage of their lives. He drew attention to the pharmaceutical industry, which has been strengthened by the expertise of scientists and innovators, and the inculcation of a scientific temper through various initiatives like the Atal Innovation Mission and Tinkering Labs.

The Prime Minister talked about the success of Digital India, which has become the world leader in digital transactions and has drawn international attention. He also spoke about the government’s efforts to transform India into a “Viksit Bharat” by 2047, with a resolve to take significant steps and seize opportunities to achieve this goal.
