Uttar Pradesh: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Uttar Pradesh on February 19th, 2024, to oversee the inauguration of key initiatives aimed at fostering both religious and economic development in the state.
Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony at Shri Kalki Dham Temple:
At approximately 10:30 AM, Prime Minister Modi will preside over the laying of the foundation stone for the Shri Kalki Dham Temple, located in the Sambhal district. This auspicious event marks the commencement of the construction of the temple, which holds immense significance for devotees. The temple’s construction is under the supervision of the Shri Kalki Dham Nirman Trust, led by Chairman Acharya Pramod Krishnam. Prime Minister Modi will also unveil the model of the temple and deliver an address to the assembled gathering, which includes saints, religious leaders, and other dignitaries.
Launch of 14,000 Projects:
Following the temple ceremony, at approximately 1:45 PM, Prime Minister Modi will proceed to launch a staggering 14,000 projects across Uttar Pradesh. These projects, collectively worth more than Rs 10 Lakh crore, encompass a wide array of sectors, including Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, IT & ITeS, Food Processing, Housing & Real Estate, Hospitality and Entertainment, and Education, among others. The launch ceremony signifies the fourth groundbreaking event dedicated to the implementation of investment proposals gathered during the UP Global Investors Summit 2023 (UPGIS 2023), convened in February 2023. Notable industrialists, representatives of top global and Indian companies, ambassadors, high commissioners, and other distinguished guests, totaling approximately 5000 participants, are expected to attend this momentous occasion.
