Ram Kapoor, born on 1 September 1973, is an Indian actor who works in films and television serials. The character of Jai Walia in the television series Kasamh Se and Ram Kapoor in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain gained him popularity.
He played triple roles Mamaji Kunwar Amar Nath Singh (KANS), Johnny, and Balbir in the Bollywood film Humshakals hosted the reality show Rakhi Ka Swayamwar, based loosely on The Bachelorette, and was in the film The Great Gatsby. He won three ITA Awards and three Indian Telly Awards for best actor.
Personal life:
Ram Kapoor is married to his Ghar Ek Mandir costar, actress Gautami Kapoor. They met while filming the show, and dated for a while before marrying on Valentine’s Day in 2003. They have two sons.
