An Indian actor known for his works predominantly in Hindi cinema and television, Sanjay Mishra was born on October 6, 1963.
He made his acting debut in the 1995 film Oh Darling! Yeh Hai India! An alumnus of National School of Drama, This is India! Rajkumar (1996) and Satya (1998) are later films. Sanjay Mishra also appeared as Apple Singh, an “icon” used by ESPN Star Sports during the 1999 Cricket World Cup. He received the Filmfare Award for Best Actor (Critics) for his performance in Ankhon Dekhi in 2015.
Early Life:-
Sanjay Mishra was born into a Maithil Brahmin family living in Bihar. Both of Mishra’s grandparents were Indian civil servants and his father Shambhu Nath Mishra was an employee at the Press Information Bureau. He moved to Varanasi when his father got transferred and studied at Kendriya Vidyalaya BHU. In 1989, Mishra joined the National School of Drama and graduated.
