Shaheer Nawaz Sheikh, born on March 26, 1984, is an Indian actor and model who primarily works in Hindi television. He made his acting debut in 2009 with the television show Kya Mast Hai Life playing Veer Mehra and then appeared as Anant Bajpai in ”Navya…Naye Dhadkan Naye Sawaal”. He received widespread acclaim in 2013 for his breakthrough role of Arjuna in Mahabharat.

Sheikh was born on March 26, 1984, in Bhaderwah, Doda, Jammu, and Kashmir to Shahnawaz Sheikh and Dilshad Sheikh. He also has two sisters, Ifrah and Aleefa. Hari Singh Higher Secondary School in Jammu is where he completed his schooling. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune.
Personal life:
Sheikh and Ruchikaa Kapoor got married on 19 October 2020 in a court wedding. They had celebrations in Jammu and Mumbai afterwards. Kapoor is the marketing head and senior vice president at Balaji Motion Pictures. On September 9, 2021, they became parents to a baby girl, Anaya.
