Actress Sonakshi Sinha has embarked on a new chapter of her life alongside her actor-boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal. The couple, who have been dating for seven years, got married on June 23, 2024, in a private ceremony in Mumbai.

The much-awaited official wedding announcement of Sonakshi and Zaheer is here, as the newlyweds shared dreamy pictures from the ceremony on their Instagram. The couple looked radiant & deeply in love.

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s marriage took place in the presence of their families and closest friends. In the Instagram pictures, Sonakshi dazzled in a cream saree, while Zaheer looked elegant in a white kurta.
The first photo showed Zaheer kissing Sonakshi’s hand, & the second was a collage of them registering their marriage. Sonakshi’s father, Shatrughan Sinha, was seen standing proudly with his daughter as Zaheer signed the papers. The last image was a beautiful portrait of the newlyweds holding each other close.

Their sincere message said, “On this day seven years ago (23.06.2017), we looked into each other’s eyes and found pure love, deciding to cherish it. This love has been our guiding light through all the ups and downs, culminating in this special moment. With the blessings of our families and gods, we are now married.”
