Highlights of Statistics Day Event, 2024
The main event for Statistics Day 2024 will be held at Manekshaw Centre, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi. Dr. Arvind Panagariya, Chairman of the 16th Finance Commission, will grace the occasion as Chief Guest. Chairman of the National Statistical Commission (NSC), Prof. Rajeeva Laxman Karandikar & Dr. Saurabh Garg, Secretary of MoSPI, will also address the participants.

The event will witness the release of the Sustainable Development Goals- National Indicator Framework Progress Report, 2024, along with Data Snapshots on the Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, MoSPI will launch the eSankhyiki portal and Central Data Repository, aimed at enhancing the dissemination and accessibility of official statistics.
