In “Super Size Me,” Morgan Spurlock ate McDonald’s every day for 30 days, a controversial experiment that saw his cholesterol skyrocket by 65 points and his weight increase by 24.5 pounds. The documentary shed light on the health impacts of fast food, earning Spurlock widespread recognition and sparking global conversations about diet and nutrition.

His family announced, “It was a sad day, as we said goodbye to my brother Morgan. “Morgan shared so much through his creativity, vision, and kindness. The world has lost a true creative genius and an extraordinary individual. I am so proud to have worked together with him,” said his brother Craig.
