Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari, today inaugurated eight National Highway projects in Rae Bareli, collectively costing Rs. 4142 crore. The event, attended by State Minister Dinesh Pratap Singh and several MPs, marks a significant step towards enhancing connectivity and development in the region.
Nitin Gadkari highlighted the religious and historical significance of districts like Prayagraj, Rae Bareli, and Sultanpur, situated at the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers. The projects, spanning a total length of 424 km, include roads and other infrastructure developments aimed at improving connectivity within the state and across the country.
The presence of State Ministers, MPs, MLAs, and officials underscores the collaborative effort towards infrastructure development in Uttar Pradesh. The completion of these projects is expected to bolster economic growth and facilitate smoother transportation, benefiting both local communities and travelers passing through the region.
