  2. Western Disturbance in Himalayan Region: A Western Disturbance, positioned as a trough in middle tropospheric westerlies, is expected to cause isolated to scattered light rainfall or snowfall over the Western Himalayan Region and adjoining plains on February 27th, 2024.
  3. Active Western Disturbance in Northwest India: Starting from February 29th and continuing until March 4th, an active Western Disturbance is likely to affect the Western Himalayan Region and adjoining plains, with peak intensity on March 1st and 2nd, 2024. This disturbance may bring widespread light to moderate rainfall, thunderstorms, and lightning over the Western Himalayan Region from March 1st to 3rd. Additionally, scattered to fairly widespread rainfall is expected over Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan on March 1st and 2nd. Isolated heavy rainfall or snowfall and hailstorm activity are also anticipated during this period.

Cyclonic Circulation in Assam: A cyclonic circulation over east Assam and neighboring areas may result in isolated to scattered light to moderate rainfall or snowfall over Arunachal Pradesh for the next 6-7 days. Additionally, isolated rainfall is expected over Assam & Meghalaya and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura on February 28th, 2024.
  5. Hot and Humid Weather in Specific Regions: Rayalaseema and Kerala are likely to experience hot and humid weather conditions over the next 5 days.
