- A low-pressure area in the middle tropospheric westerly winds extends along the longitudinal coordinate. 64°E, lying north of Lat. 27°N. An induced cyclonic circulation is present over northwest Rajasthan and neighboring areas in lower tropospheric levels. Anticipated Rainfall: Light to moderate isolated rainfall/snowfall is likely over Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh-GilgitBaltistan-Muzaffarabad on the 8th, becoming scattered to fairly widespread on the 9th & 10th. Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand are also expected to experience rainfall on the 8th to 10th of November. Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and West Rajasthan may witness isolated light rainfall on the 9th of November.
