History and Origins: The Aksaray Malaklısı, or Malaklı Karabaş, is a Turkish breed of large livestock guardian dog from Aksaray Province in central Anatolia. 

The coat is typically short and grey in color with a black mask. The head, ears, and tail are large while the jowls are pendulous.  

The dogs are only obedient to commands from the master and can be aggressive with other people. They typically do not tolerate working with other dogs of the same gender. 

The Aksaray Malaklisi has a steady, bold, hard-working, active, independent, and adaptable temperament. 

Compatibility with other pets: Can be aggressive towards other dogs. The Aksharaya Malkalisi is a dog that does well with other dogs, especially those of the same sex.
