History and Origins: The Aksaray Malaklısı, or Malaklı Karabaş, is a Turkish breed of large livestock guardian dog from Aksaray Province in central Anatolia.
The coat is typically short and grey in color with a black mask. The head, ears, and tail are large while the jowls are pendulous.
The dogs are only obedient to commands from the master and can be aggressive with other people. They typically do not tolerate working with other dogs of the same gender.
